Where is my prayer progress?
Your place is saved as you pray. Choose “Continue Previous Prayer” to resume a prayer from today. Open “Show The Holy Rosary Beads” to see your current place.
How do I write in my Journal?
Open Journal, select a date, and confirm that you prayed that day. You can then write your intentions and reflection. Wait for “Saved on this device” before closing the app.
How does iCloud Sync work?
Use the same Apple Account on your devices, enable iCloud Drive, and turn on iCloud Sync in Journal on each device. Your journal uses your private iCloud database. Allow time for changes to sync.
What if the Journal will not open?
Unlock your device and use “Try opening journal again.” If the problem continues, send a description below. Avoid deleting the app when trying to recover entries that have not synced.
How can I manage a purchase or refund?
Apple handles App Store purchases and refunds. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem website.
Your reflections stay yours. Support cannot read your private journal; please describe a problem without sending prayer intentions or journal text.
